Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering and managing up to 50 phone calls per day, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate department.
- Providing assistance to customers and directing them to the correct department.
- Performing scanning and data entry tasks with accuracy.
- Handling email management and communication effectively.
- Collaborating with the sales team to support their operations.
- Ensuring positive guest relations and providing assistance as needed.
- Utilizing computer systems such as Outlook, Techion, DriveCentric, and Excel for data entry.
- Providing bilingual support in English and Spanish.
- Participating in training sessions provided to enhance skills.
Requirements:
- Entry-level to a maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- High school diploma or greater education is required.
- Previous experience in a dealership is preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass drug screen
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Compensation:
The position offers a competitive wage of $18 to $19 per hour, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role.
Additional Details:
- Policy and procedures training will be provided (paid for 4 hours).
